First Prenatal Visit
Finally! Today I had my first prenatal visit. When Andy and I got to the clinic at 8:45, we found out that my doctor had to rush to the hospital for an emergency c-section, so we had to reschedule our appointment. Luckily the doctor was able to get me in at 11:30. However, Andy had a big meeting for work from 11 to 1, so he was unable to go with me :( I was able to hear the heart beat, which was very exciting. I took a digital recorder with me to record the heart beat for Andy. The recording isn't the best, but its better than nothing. I am still having some "morning sickness", but for the most part, I am feeling pretty good. As of Sunday, I am 12 weeks, 28 more to go! I am now to the point that I will be seeing the doctor once a month, so there will be more updates to come!

Gotta love the whoossh whoosh sound of the heartbeat! Can't wait until there is something to "feel" - that is just the coolest thing ever! Hang in there with the morning sickness, it can't last forever......right?? :)
Yay for the first appointment! Without a scare that is! I'm so glad everything is going well! Woo hoo!
